Why does the yohimbe matter so much?
Yohimbe bark contains yohimbine. NCCIH links yohimbine to irregular heartbeat, blood pressure problems, heart attacks and seizures (NCCIH, 2025). The label does not say how much yohimbine each serving holds.
What does research say about longjack?
A 2022 meta-analysis of clinical trials found that longjack, also called tongkat ali, may raise total testosterone in men (Leisegang et al., 2022). How much of it Primal Storm contains is not published.
Does Tribulus terrestris have strong evidence?
Not according to Operation Supplement Safety, a U.S. Department of Defense program. It says no strong evidence supports claims that tribulus boosts sexual or athletic performance (OPSS, 2024). Trials so far are mixed.
What are the other ingredients in the capsules?
The label lists "silica dioxide" (as printed; it means silicon dioxide), rice flour and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell material and an allergen statement are not published.

Ask a doctor first. Yohimbe can interact with some antidepressants, including MAOIs. Ginseng may affect blood sugar and clotting, and ashwagandha may interact with thyroid medicine.
Can I combine it with coffee, pre-workout or other boosters?
Avoid stacking it with other yohimbe products, caffeine-heavy drinks or stimulant formulas. Several of them can push heart rate and blood pressure up at the same time.
What side effects have been reported for these herbs?
For yohimbe: stomach upset, rapid heartbeat, anxiety and high blood pressure. For ginseng: trouble sleeping is the most common (NCCIH, 2025). Rare liver injury has been reported with ashwagandha (NCCIH, 2023). Stop and call a doctor if something feels wrong.
